What is the “Hasumi Demand” (demand operation) service?
It is a paid transportation service that picks you up at your home at the date and hour reserved in advance by phone.
With the support by Ohnan Town, the NPO Hasumi Promotion Association operates it.
In condition of using this “Hasumi Demand” service, it is necessary for you to become a member of the NPO Hasumi Promotion Association.
From the 5th fiscal year of Reiwa, the residents living outside the Hasumi area can also join Hasumi Demand.

Advance reservation system (Reception time 13:00 to 16:00)
- When you make a reservation, please call the district office in charge by 16:00 the day before.
The district office is accepted at “Hasumi Promotion Association Office” in the Asuna area, and “The Tegosuru Association” in the Kuchiba area.

Refusal to use
- Those who are drinking alcohol, those who are very sick, or those who cause trouble to other users may be refused boarding.
About missing the car
- If you can’t come to the meeting place even at the predetermined time, you may leave first. (Depending on the reservation status and weather condition, the operation time may be slightly delayed. Please note in advance.)
Response to accidents and injuries
- For injuries caused by accidents while boarding or during getting on and off, the insurance of the NPO Hasumi Promotion Association is applied.

- Can you operate for just one person? Can I use my family as well?
Even if there is only one user, it will be operated. And if you are registered as a member, your family can use the service as well. - Can I use it just to go or just to return?
You can also use by one way. Please tell us that you will use one way at reservation. - Can I cancel or change my reservation?
If you need to cancel or change urgently, please contact your district office sooner. - I happened to see a car running service. Can I ride if there are seats available?
As a general rule, those who do not have a reservation are not allowed to board. However, if there is a vacant seat, you may be able to ride depending on the situation such as the same destination. - What happens if the reservations overlap?
Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. If the number of reservations increases, we may ask for your cooperation such as time adjustment. - What kind of car for the service? I’m worried if I can get in the car because my legs are bad.
Use the registered driver’s private car. It’s not a bus. If you are worried about the ride, please consult us in advance. - Can I put a wheelbarrow on it?
There are restrictions depending on the car. Please consult us in advance. - What will happen to the operation when it snows?
Depending on the snow condition, you may be asked to come out to the public road closest to your home. In addition, if the operation is suspended due to the influence of snowfall, the driver in charge will contact you.
